1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between PREPCO Health Care (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”) regarding participation in our Diabetic Reset (Diabetic Remission) Program (“Program”). By enrolling in or using our services (online via our web platform, or offline through workshops, consultations, or events), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts & Membership

• Users may be required to create an account on our web platform to access online services.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
• We may suspend or terminate access if any misuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms occurs.

3. No Refunds

All fees paid towards the Program are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, termination, or dissatisfaction with results.

4. Service Disclaimer

• The Program provides guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and wellness. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
• You must not disregard medical advice or delay seeking it because of participation in the Program.
• Results may vary based on individual health conditions, adherence, and lifestyle. PREPCO Health Care does not guarantee remission or reduction of diabetes.

5. Medical Conditions Requiring Clearance

Before participating, you must obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare practitioner if you have:

1. Heart disease or high blood pressure
2. Chest pain, dizziness, or loss of consciousness during exercise
3. Bone, joint, or musculoskeletal issues
4. Diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, or kidney disease
5. Arthritis or digestive disorders (IBS, etc.)
6. Recent surgery, pregnancy, or lactation
7. Sedentary lifestyle with associated risk factors
8. Smoking or alcohol dependency

You must immediately stop the program and seek medical advice if you experience pain, discomfort, or worsening symptoms.

6. Pause Policy

Plan suspension is allowed only in limited cases:

• Pregnancy – up to 1 year
• Serious illness/medical emergency – up to 3 months
• Natural calamity or death of a close family member – up to 2 months

Pause requests must be made in writing with valid proof. Approval remains at our discretion.

7. Data Privacy & Security

• We collect personal and health-related data for providing services.
• Data will be used solely for Program delivery, communication, and internal research.
• We will take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
• By enrolling, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your information.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• To upload malicious content, spam, or viruses
• To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others
• To copy, resell, or misuse Program content without authorization

Violation may result in termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Program content including materials, guides, videos, presentations, branding, and digital content are the sole property of PREPCO Health Care. No part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREPCO Health Care, its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Injury, illness, or medical complications arising from participation
• Loss of data, revenue, or reputation

Your sole remedy is limited to the services provided under the Program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PREPCO Health Care harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Misuse of services
• Violation of these Terms
• Any third-party claims arising from your actions.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

14. Communication

By enrolling, you consent to receive communications (email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp) from PREPCO Health Care regarding your Program, updates, or promotions.

15. Live Sessions & Offline Workshops

• No Recording: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, distributing, or sharing any part of live/recorded sessions or offline workshops without written consent.
• Respectful Conduct: Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour towards coaches, staff, or other participants will not be tolerated.
• Safety Disclaimer: You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment while performing exercises. PREPCO Health Care is not liable for any injuries arising from participation.

16. Changes & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of services will be deemed as acceptance.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Diabetic Reset Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

18. Webinars & Health Quiz

The following terms apply specifically to our online/recorded webinars (including the Women's Weight Loss Webinar and the Diabetic Reset Webinar — our live Type-2 diabetes session), our Health Expense Estimation Quiz, and the registration, payment and lead-capture flows attached to them, in addition to the general Terms above. By registering for a webinar, taking the quiz, or making a related payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These terms, and the collection and secure handling of the details you submit, apply across the official PREPCO Health Care website, all of its sub-domains and our mobile applications:

• https://prepcohealthcare.com and https://www.prepcohealthcare.com
• https://diabeticreset.prepcohealthcare.com
• https://media.prepcohealthcare.com — our programme, webinar and PrepOne checkout pages
• the Prepco Healthcare mobile application for Android (com.prepcohealthcare.app on Google Play), including the PrepOne in-app experience
• any other *.prepcohealthcare.com sub-domain or official Prepco Healthcare mobile application operated by us.

Together these are referred to as the "Platform". They cover every Prepco Healthcare programme and service sold or delivered through them, including the Diabetic Reset programme (with and without CGM), the Weight Loss / PrepOne programme, our webinars, consultations (including the Founder 1:1 Consultation), lab & medicine orders and membership benefits.

They do not cover any third-party site, social platform, payment-gateway page, or any look-alike/unofficial domain.

19. What the Webinar Is

A webinar (e.g. the Women's Weight Loss Webinar, scheduled 5 July 2026, 5:00 PM IST) is a live, online educational session of approximately 2 hours, plus a live Q&A, led by qualified healthcare and nutrition professionals. It may include downloadable bonus resources (assessment guides, checklists, planners, recipes) and limited-time access to a session recording.

The Diabetic Reset Webinar, scheduled 8 August 2026, 7:00 PM IST, is a live, online educational session of approximately 90 minutes, plus a live Q&A, hosted by the PREPCO Health Care founder and its panel of doctors and health professionals. It covers Type 2 diabetes lifestyle education — nutrition, daily routine, activity and complication awareness — and may include downloadable bonus resources (diet guides, checklists, blood-sugar tracking templates).

"Diabetes remission" or similar terms used in our marketing describe an educational goal and the documented experience of past participants. They are not a promise, guarantee or clinical assurance of any specific health outcome for you. Individual results vary and depend on your medical history, adherence and factors outside our control.

20. Educational Purpose Only — Medical Disclaimer

The webinar, the quiz, and all related materials provide general health education and lifestyle information only. They are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a doctor–patient relationship, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician.

• Always consult a registered medical practitioner before starting any diet, exercise, weight-management or wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, blood-pressure, cardiac, or any other medical condition, or take prescription medication.
• We make no guarantee of any specific health, weight-loss or medical outcome. Testimonials and transformation stories (including the host's own journey) reflect individual experiences; results vary and depend on each person's body, consistency and health context.
• In a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the webinar for urgent care.

21. Webinar Registration & Eligibility

• A webinar may be offered for women only / a specified audience as described on the registration page; please register only if you meet the stated criteria.
• You must provide accurate registration details (name, mobile number, the weight you wish to reduce, city). Providing false information may result in cancellation without refund.
• For the Diabetic Reset Webinar, registration additionally asks for your age, city, email and whether you are currently on any treatment (medicine, insulin, both, or none). At checkout you may optionally share your HbA1c value and how many years you have had diabetes. These optional health details help our team tailor the session and are never required to attend — see our Privacy Policy for how they are handled.
• Seats may be limited. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

22. Pricing, Offers & Payment

• The fee is the amount shown at checkout (for example, a promotional ₹99 during a limited-time offer, reverting to the standard ₹999; the Diabetic Reset Webinar is offered at a promotional ₹49 against a standard ₹499). Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional/countdown pricing is time-limited; the price applied is the price displayed at the moment you complete payment.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. We do not store your full card/UPI credentials; these are handled by the gateway under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliance.
• A tax invoice is generated on successful payment and shared with you (download link and/or WhatsApp/email).

23. Joining the Session

• After payment, your joining link and instructions are sent via email and/or WhatsApp before the session. It is your responsibility to provide a reachable number/email and to have a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
• We are not responsible for your inability to attend due to your own connectivity, device, or scheduling issues.

24. Recording, Content & Community

• Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you consent to the recording of the session, including any audio/video/chat you contribute. Registered attendees may receive limited recording access (e.g. 48 hours) after the live session.
• All webinar content, recordings, slides, bonus resources, text, graphics, branding and materials are the intellectual property of PREPCO Health Care (or its licensors), for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, screen-capture, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without our prior written consent.
• If a WhatsApp/community group is offered, you agree to follow its community guidelines; we may remove members for abusive, spam, or harmful conduct.

25. Webinar Changes, Cancellation & Refunds

• We may reschedule, modify, or cancel a webinar (date, time, host, or content) for operational or unforeseen reasons. If we cancel a session entirely and do not offer a substitute date or recording, you may request a refund of the fee paid for that session.
• Because the webinar grants access to live participation and downloadable/recorded digital content, fees are otherwise non-refundable once access has been provided, except as required by applicable law. Promotional bonuses have no independent cash value.
• To raise a refund or billing query, contact us at reset@prepcohealthcare.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within a reasonable period.

26. Health Quiz

• The Health Expense Estimation Quiz is a free, interactive self-assessment that asks about your household health spending and context (e.g. monthly spend on medicines, lab tests and consultations; who you are planning coverage for; elderly members; ongoing conditions; checkup habits; existing insurance) and then shows an indicative estimate of your yearly health spend and potential savings with a suggested PREPCO plan tier.
• The quiz output is an automated, indicative estimate based solely on the options you select. It is not a binding price quote, an insurance recommendation, financial advice, or medical advice. Actual plans, pricing, eligibility and savings depend on the official plan terms in force at purchase.
• When you submit the quiz with your name, mobile number, email and city, you consent to PREPCO (and its authorised representatives) contacting you about your result and relevant PREPCO plans by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS and/or email. You can opt out at any time, and your quiz details may be recorded in our CRM as a sales/marketing lead.

27. Acceptance (Webinar & Quiz)

By registering for a webinar, taking the quiz, or making a related payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

28. Using the Prepco Healthcare App (including PrepOne)

These Terms also govern your use of the Prepco Healthcare mobile application (com.prepcohealthcare.app), including the PrepOne programme experience.

• Your account. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. The account is personal to you; please keep access to your number and device secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through it.
• Accurate information. The plan, reminders and guidance you receive are built from what you record. Please keep your profile and health entries accurate and up to date.
• What the app is for. The app supports the programme you have enrolled in — planning, logging, reminders, consultations and progress tracking. It is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency call your doctor or local emergency number; do not rely on the app or on a consultation request.
• Guidance, not a substitute for your treating doctor. Plans, scores and suggestions in the app are educational and supportive. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical practitioner. Never start, stop or change a prescribed medicine on the basis of the app alone — always do so with your treating physician.
• Device permissions. Camera, photo/storage, location and notification permissions are optional and requested only when a feature needs them. Declining or withdrawing one limits only that feature.
• Acceptable use. Please do not misuse the app — no attempting to access another member's data, interfering with or probing the service, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or copying and redistributing programme material (diet plans, videos, recordings and session content remain our property or that of our licensors, provided for your personal use).
• Content you upload. You keep ownership of what you record and upload. You give us permission to store and process it to deliver your programme and to let your assigned clinical and coaching team review and advise on it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Availability and updates. We may update, change or temporarily suspend app features to improve, secure or maintain the service. Some features need a current app version and an internet connection.
• Closing your account. You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) are retained for the period the law requires.

Nothing in this section changes the pricing, payment, cancellation or refund terms set out above — those continue to apply unchanged to every programme, webinar and service, however you purchased it.

29. Founder 1:1 Consultation

PREPCO Health Care also offers a paid, one-to-one Diabetes Clarity & Program Roadmap Session (the "Founder Consultation") with our Founder, conducted online. The Founder Consultation is a single session — not a membership or recurring plan — intended to help you understand your current health picture, identify priority areas, and receive a personalised next-step roadmap.

• The Founder Consultation is educational and advisory in nature. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and is not a substitute for consultation with your treating physician. You will not be asked to start, stop, or change any prescribed medication on the basis of this session.
• The session fee follows the same principles set out in Sections 3 and 25 above: once your slot is confirmed and the session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable, except where we are unable to deliver the session and no alternative date is offered, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
• Rescheduling, where permitted, is subject to reasonable advance notice and confirmation by our team.
• Booking, payment and communication for the Founder Consultation are governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy in the same way as our other programmes and consultations referenced in Section 18.

30. International Users

Our services, including the Founder Consultation, webinars and other programmes described in these Terms, are also offered to and used by clients located outside India. If you are accessing or paying for our services from outside India, you are responsible for ensuring that doing so complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your own country or region. We do not represent that our services are appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction, and access from any location where such use would be unlawful is prohibited. This Agreement remains governed by the laws of India as set out in Section 13, regardless of where you access our services from.
