1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between PREPCO Health
Care (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”) regarding participation in our Diabetic
Reset (Diabetic Reversal) Program (“Program”). By enrolling in or using our services (online via our web
platform, or offline through workshops, consultations, or events), you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts & Membership
- Users may be required to create an account on our web platform to access online services.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted
under your account.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
- We may suspend or terminate access if any misuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms occurs.
3. No Refunds
All fees paid towards the Program are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal,
termination, or dissatisfaction with results.
4. Service Disclaimer
- The Program provides guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and wellness. It is not a substitute for
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
- You must not disregard medical advice or delay seeking it because of participation in the Program.
- Results may vary based on individual health conditions, adherence, and lifestyle. PREPCO Health Care does
not guarantee reversal or reduction of diabetes.
5. Medical Conditions Requiring Clearance
Before participating, you must obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare practitioner if you have:
- Heart disease or high blood pressure
- Chest pain, dizziness, or loss of consciousness during exercise
- Bone, joint, or musculoskeletal issues
- Diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, or kidney disease
- Arthritis or digestive disorders (IBS, etc.)
- Recent surgery, pregnancy, or lactation
- Sedentary lifestyle with associated risk factors
- Smoking or alcohol dependency
You must immediately stop the program and seek medical advice if you experience pain, discomfort, or worsening
symptoms.
6. Pause Policy
Plan suspension is allowed only in limited cases:
- Pregnancy – up to 1 year
- Serious illness/medical emergency – up to 3 months
- Natural calamity or death of a close family member – up to 2 months
Pause requests must be made in writing with valid proof. Approval remains at our discretion.
7. Data Privacy & Security
- We collect personal and health-related data for providing services.
- Data will be used solely for Program delivery, communication, and internal research.
- We will take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
- By enrolling, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your information.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To upload malicious content, spam, or viruses
- To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others
- To copy, resell, or misuse Program content without authorization
Violation may result in termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All Program content including materials, guides, videos, presentations, branding, and digital content are the
sole property of PREPCO Health Care. No part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written
consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREPCO Health Care, its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not
be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
- Injury, illness, or medical complications arising from participation
- Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
Your sole remedy is limited to the services provided under the Program.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PREPCO Health Care harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or
expenses arising out of:
- Misuse of services
- Violation of these Terms
- Any third-party claims arising from your actions.
12. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full
effect.
13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, India. All disputes
are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
14. Communication
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications (email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp) from PREPCO Health Care
regarding your Program, updates, or promotions.
15. Live Sessions & Offline Workshops
- No Recording: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, distributing, or sharing any part
of live/recorded sessions or offline workshops without written consent.
- Respectful Conduct: Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour towards coaches, staff, or other
participants will not be tolerated.
- Safety Disclaimer: You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment while performing exercises.
PREPCO Health Care is not liable for any injuries arising from participation.
16. Changes & Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and
continued use of services will be deemed as acceptance.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Diabetic Reset Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms & Conditions.
