This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you participate in our Diabetic Reset (Diabetic Remission) Program through our website, online platforms, or offline campaigns.
When you register with us, we may collect basic details such as your name, age, contact number, email address, and relevant health information that you voluntarily share with us for the purpose of customizing your wellness journey. We use this information only to provide you with our services, improve your experience, and communicate important program-related updates through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party for commercial purposes.
Any health information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and used only by authorized professionals at PREPCO Health Care to guide your program. Your data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access. However, please note that while we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information, no system is completely immune to security risks.
We may use non-personal information, such as website usage statistics, to improve our services and campaigns, but this will never identify you personally. In case of a legal requirement or safety concern, we may disclose information in good faith to comply with applicable laws.
Our program is intended for individuals above 18 years of age. If you are underage, we request that you do not share personal details without parental or guardian consent. We may also include links to third-party websites or tools for your convenience, but we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
By enrolling in our program and using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. PREPCO Health Care reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy as needed, and any changes will be communicated through our official channels.

Webinars & Health Quiz — Detailed Privacy Notice
The following applies specifically to our online/recorded webinars (including the Women's Weight Loss Webinar and the Diabetic Reset Webinar — our live Type-2 diabetes session), our Health Expense Estimation Quiz, and their registration, payment and lead-capture flows. We process this data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Scope — where this applies
We collect and process your details across the official PREPCO Health Care website, all of its sub-domains and our mobile applications, namely:
- https://prepcohealthcare.com and https://www.prepcohealthcare.com
- https://diabeticreset.prepcohealthcare.com
- https://media.prepcohealthcare.com — our programme, webinar and PrepOne checkout pages
- the Prepco Healthcare mobile application for Android (com.prepcohealthcare.app on Google Play), including the PrepOne in-app experience
- any other *.prepcohealthcare.com sub-domain or official Prepco Healthcare mobile application operated by us.
Together these are referred to as the "Platform". They cover every Prepco Healthcare programme and service sold or delivered through them, including the Diabetic Reset programme (with and without CGM), the Weight Loss / PrepOne programme, our webinars, consultations (including the Founder 1:1 Consultation), lab & medicine orders and membership benefits.
Whichever of these domains, sub-domains or mobile applications you register, take the quiz, or pay through, the personal details you provide are collected by PREPCO Health Care and kept secure under this single Privacy Policy. This Policy does not cover any third-party site, social platform, payment-gateway page, or any look-alike/unofficial domain.
1. Information we collect
You provide directly:
- Webinar registration: full name, mobile number, the weight (in kg) you wish to reduce, and city.
- Diabetic Reset Webinar registration: full name, mobile number, age, city, email address, and whether you are currently on any treatment (medicine, insulin, both, or none). At checkout you may optionally provide your HbA1c value and how many years you have had diabetes.
- Health-related information: the diabetes details above (treatment status, HbA1c, years with diabetes) describe your health and are treated as sensitive. We collect them only to tailor the session content and our follow-up guidance, we never sell them, and the optional fields may be left blank without affecting your registration or attendance.
- Health quiz: name, email, mobile number, city, and your selected answers about household health spending, family/coverage context, ongoing conditions, checkup habits and insurance status.
- Payments: name and contact details, transaction/order IDs, invoice details. Card/UPI/bank credentials are collected and processed by Razorpay, not stored by us.
- Communications: any information you share when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or in a community group.
Through the Prepco Healthcare mobile app (including PrepOne):
- Account & profile: your mobile number (used to sign in with a one-time password), name, age, gender, height, weight and the contact details you add to your profile.
- Programme & health logs you record: meals and diet entries (including photographs of food you choose to upload), workouts and fitness sessions, weight and BMI readings, blood-sugar and HbA1c values, sleep and bedtime, water intake, baseline photographs, daily tasks, adherence and streaks, and the health score derived from them.
- Care & services: consultation bookings and session notes shared with you, medicine-intake reminders and medicine orders, lab-test bookings, group sessions, smart-device/tracker readings you connect, and any documents you upload for a consultation.
- Messages you send in the app: the in-app chat between you and your assigned Prepco coaching/clinical desk, including any photos you attach to a message or a completed task.
- Other in-app features you choose to use: the BMI calculator, the health quiz, health-spend estimation, Find Care (locating partner hospitals, labs and clinics near you), lab-test and medicine bookings, group sessions, the blood-donation registry, Super Kids, the Master Plan and Diabetic Reset membership sections, service-request and enquiry forms, contact-us forms, and notification preferences.
The full list of app sections that collect something from you is: sign-in and profile; Weight Loss / PrepOne programme (diet, fitness, tracker, consultations, group sessions, reminders, streaks and progress); Diabetic Reset; Master Plan membership; medicine intake and medicine booking; lab tests; nutrition consultation; Find Care; smart devices; BMI; health quiz; health-spend estimation; blood donation; Super Kids; in-app chat; service, enquiry and contact-us forms; and notifications. Sections you never open collect nothing.
Device permissions the app asks for. Each is optional, requested only when the feature that needs it is used, and can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings — declining one only limits that feature:
- Camera and photos/storage — to capture or attach meal, progress and baseline photos, a profile picture, and consultation documents.
- Location — to show nearby partner hospitals, labs and care options.
- Notifications — to send programme reminders, appointment alerts and session updates.
Your health logs are visible to you and to the Prepco Healthcare clinical and coaching team assigned to your programme, so they can guide your care. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
Collected automatically / via partners:
- Basic technical and usage data (e.g. device/browser type, app version, pages or screens viewed, the platform used, timestamps) and limited analytics and crash diagnostics needed to operate and improve the Platform.
- A device push token, so the app can deliver the reminders and alerts you have enabled.
- Abandonment/interaction signals from the registration form (e.g. if you enter details but do not complete payment) so we can follow up about your booking.
Sensitive personal data. Some quiz answers (e.g. ongoing conditions such as diabetes/BP/thyroid), your weight goal, and the health logs you record in the app (blood sugar, HbA1c, weight, sleep, diet and progress photographs) are health information and are treated as sensitive. You provide this voluntarily and consent to our processing it for the purposes below. Please do not submit health details you are not comfortable sharing.
2. Why we use your information
- To register you, confirm your seat, process payments and issue invoices;
- To deliver the webinar, joining links, recordings, reminders and bonus resources;
- To generate and explain your quiz estimate;
- To run the programme you enrolled in — building your diet, fitness and care plan, tracking your progress, sending reminders, and letting the clinical and coaching team review your logs and advise you;
- To provide the app's account, consultation, medicine, lab-test and tracker features you choose to use;
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- To contact you (call/WhatsApp/SMS/email) about your result, your booking, and relevant PREPCO plans, offers and updates — where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law;
- To maintain records, prevent fraud/abuse, ensure security, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- To analyse and improve our services and content.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you register, submit the quiz, tick the acknowledgement boxes, or make a payment), to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests (such as security and service improvement), consistent with the DPDP Act.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Payment processor — Razorpay (to take payment and issue refunds);
- Communication providers — services used to send WhatsApp, SMS and email (joining links, invoices, reminders);
- CRM / lead & cloud infrastructure — Zoho (CRM/sheets), our lead/CRM tooling, and Google Firebase / Cloud Functions (hosting, database, serverless backend) that store and process registrations and quiz submissions on our behalf;
- Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
These partners are permitted to use your data only to provide services to us. Some may process data on servers located outside India; where they do, we take reasonable steps for protection consistent with applicable law.
International users. Our services, including the Founder Consultation, are also used by clients located outside India. If you access or use our services from outside India, your personal data (including any health information you share) is collected and processed by us in India in the manner described in this Policy, and may also be processed by the service providers listed above, some of whom operate outside India as noted.
5. Third-party services & links
The Website embeds or links to third-party services (e.g. YouTube videos, Razorpay checkout, social profiles, WhatsApp). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external or unofficial sites.
6. Cookies & similar technologies
The Website may use cookies/local storage and analytics to keep the site working, remember session state, measure engagement and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.
7. Data retention & security
- We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/tax/record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (e.g. access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted payment handling via the gateway). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights & choices
Deleting your app account. You can ask us to delete your Prepco Healthcare account and the data held against it at any time — from within the app, or by emailing info@prepcohealthcare.com from your registered address or writing to the Grievance Officer below. We will action the request within the timelines required by law, except where we must retain certain records (for example invoices and transaction records) to meet tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access / correct your personal data;
- Withdraw consent or opt out of marketing (reply STOP on WhatsApp/SMS, use any unsubscribe option, or email us);
- Request erasure of your data where we are not required to retain it;
- Grievance redressal — raise any concern with us.
To exercise any right, email reset@prepcohealthcare.com (subject: "Data Request") from the contact details you registered with. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law. Opting out of marketing will not stop essential service messages (e.g. payment/invoice/booking confirmations).
9. Children
Our webinars, quiz and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can delete it.
